Audit & Assurance

Independent assurance services that strengthen governance, improve controls and inspire confidence with boards, banks, investors and regulators.

Overview

An audit that reveals, not just certifies

An audit should do more than satisfy the statute. Ours examines the numbers with rigour and reads them for what they reveal about your controls, your risks and your operations. From statutory and tax audits to forensic reviews and transaction due diligence, we bring a partner’s judgement to every file.

The uncertainty an audit should resolve is real — whether the numbers are right, whether controls are holding, and whether risk is quietly building. We surface issues early, recommend practical control improvements, and give stakeholders genuine reason to trust your financial statements.

In detail

What the engagement covers

We treat every engagement as a chance to answer the hard questions properly, not to rubber-stamp them. The result is more than a signed report: tighter controls, fewer leakages, and financial statements that open doors with banks, investors and boards instead of inviting questions.

Our assurance work spans the full range — statutory and tax audits, internal and management audits, GST audit, stock and concurrent audits, forensic investigation, and transaction due diligence — each led by a partner and delivered on a dependable timeline.

FAQs

Audit & assurance questions

Is my company required to have a statutory audit? +
All companies registered under the Companies Act require a statutory audit regardless of turnover; LLPs and others cross thresholds based on turnover or contribution. We will confirm your exact obligation during the initial consultation.
What is the difference between a statutory and internal audit? +
A statutory audit is a legally required, independent examination of your financial statements. An internal audit is an ongoing review of your controls, processes and risks to help management run the business better. We provide both.
Do you conduct tax audits under Section 44AB? +
Yes. We conduct tax audits and prepare the associated reports and disclosures, coordinating them with your income-tax filings to keep everything consistent and on time.
Can you help if we suspect fraud? +
Yes. Our forensic audit and investigation work is designed to detect, quantify and evidence fraud or leakage, and to strengthen the controls that allowed it — handled discreetly and professionally.
Do you provide due diligence for investors or acquirers? +
Yes. We perform financial due diligence for transactions — assessing the quality of earnings, liabilities, tax exposures and risks — so you can proceed, negotiate or walk away with confidence.
